She is survived by: her sisters, Deborah Susan Caines of Ashland, Cathy Louise Banks of Worthington and Kimberly Joan Burke of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; and her siblings' children, Rick Thompson, Gwin Grant, Terry Thompson, Gina Stevens, Jo Ann Mullins, Ginger Brown, Edwina Hunt, Tammy Fannin, Loretta Gronowski, Keith Smith, Kevin Smith, Brian Thompson, Lisa Pridemore, Matt Caines, Jamie Eastham, Rusty Rice and Justin Rice. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
