It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenford Farrell Sturgill of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Blaine, Kentucky, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Boggs Butler; and his brother Merrell. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son Tony (Vicki Evans); his grandson Tanner Evans; his uncle Estill Boggs; and his nephew Mike Sturgill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donation to Buchanan Chapel United Methodist Church, 81 Buchanan Chapel Rd, Catlettsburg, KY 41129.
