She is survived by: her husband Philip Smith; her son Jason Kelley (Michele) of Lakeland; her grandsons, Grayson Kelley and Luke Kelley; and her nieces and nephews, Paula Workman, Sheila O'Neal (Sam), Philip Haney and John Workman (Leota).
