He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ray; his wife Rebecca Cheri Daniels Kelly; and his brother-in-law Clyde Mays Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, David Kelly (Maria) of West Jefferson, Ohio, Linda Kelly of Ironton, Elaine Schoonover (David) of Columbus and Cathy Mays of Ironton; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth "Dolly" Daniels of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along with a host of extended family and friends.
