He is survived by: his wife Kathy Penix Collins; his stepson Kenny Patrick (Valerie) of Ashland; his daughters, Angie Hampton (Bobby) of Wilmore, KY, Kim Allen (Marty) of Nicholasville, KY and Leah Cherven (Dana) of Lancaster, KY; and his siblings, Clifton "Kip" Collins (Rita) of Virgie, KY, Nyla Roberts (Jim) of Ocala, FL and Shelia Collins of Florence, KY. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
