He is survived by: his children, Spencer and Golden Retriever; his partner's daughters, Heather and Ashley; his friend Jessica Rice; his sister Teri Quinones; his cousins, Morgan Jeffcoat, Cameron Ortiz and Vega; Shelly and Robin Stewart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the local Boyd County Animal Shelter, or the non-profit where Greg donated, ASPCA. All donations are tax-deductible.
