She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Boone Ferguson; and her parents, Jack A. Yates and Margaret Berry Yates. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Kyle Matthew Ferguson and Melanie Anne Davis (Gregory); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Terry, Mark, Graham and Harrison.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
