He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Christopher and Ona Tomlin Burge; and his siblings, Clifford Burge, Kenneth "Nick" Burge, John Burge, Harry Burge, Mason Burge, Helen Jarvis Haugen of Virginia, Maggie Bellew, Charlene Burge and Glenna Fern Burge Saunders.
He is survived by: his brother Arthur Burge (Jeannie) of Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends and extended family.
