He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Stephens Walters of Ashland, KY and Raymond Grant Stephens (Sharon) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Gabe Slone, Zack Slone, Davis Stephens and Sloane Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Inger Grace Slone, Knox Slone and Jax Slone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
