It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Carol Dixon of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Layton Greening Sr. and Mary Wilma White Greening; her husband Ronald Gene Dixon; her children, Richard Lloyd Dixon and Amy Diane Dixon; and her siblings, Sam Greening, Doris Jean Moore, Sue Tutwiler and Mary Ann Greening.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Dixon (Karen Hoekzema) of Boise, ID; her siblings, Horace Layton "Jocko" Greening Jr. (Debbie) of Acworth, GA and Angie Slone (Jeff) of Rush, KY; her granddaughter Whitney Jo Kohley (Jeremy) of Spring, TX; her great grandchildren, Kensington Paige Kohley and Maverick Joseph Kohley; and her nieces, Debbie Massie of Ashland and Kimberly Paige Tutwiler of Easton, PA..
