She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Whatley and Lucy Viola Harper Whatley; and her husband Robert Allen Harvell III. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Dawn Duncil (Miles) of Ashland and Robert Allen Harvell IV of Johnstown, PA; and her grandchildren, Miles, Joshua, Lindsey and Jacob Duncil.
Her love for the Lord was evident in her every word and deed, providing a shining example of Christian love and charity for all who knew her.
