He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Leadingham and Grace Branham-Leadingham; and his siblings, William Leadingham, Jack Leadingham and Mary Leadingham-Frame.

He is survived by : his wife Karen; his sister Alene O'banion; his sons, Joshua Leadingham of South Ashland and Michael Leadingham of Boyd; his grandchild Skylar Murray (Brennan) of Westwood; and his son Allie Leadingham of South Ashland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
