She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Greer and John Greer; and her siblings, Faye Morrison, Delores Greer and Harlan "Boog" Dale.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Downs; her sons, Ken Downs Jr. (Dee Downs) of Mount Washington and Keith Downs (Christa Tucker) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Kyle Downs (Samantha Downs), Tyler Downs, Paige Cubero (Braxton Cubero) and Gillian Downs (Steven); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Zephyn, Yogi, Hazel, Rowan and Holland; and her brother John Greer. She is also survived by family but also a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Westwood Christian Church (424 Wheatley Rd, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
