He was predeceased by: his father Albert Miller; and his siblings, Bascom Miller, John Miller, Ishmael Miller, Geneva Patrick, Albert Miller, Imogene Felix, Josephine Preece, Pauline Cook and Fred Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Miller; his daughters, Cathy Miller of Ashland and Linda Manley of Ashland; his brother Jim Miller (Lois) of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Shawn Evans (Lisa), Jeremy Manley (Katie) and Tiffany Evans; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Layla, McKenzie, Desarie, Cadence, Dalton, Luke, Malachi, Madison and Maya; and his great great grandchildren, Bella, Isaiah and Caden. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
