He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jo Clemons Bostick; his parent Garnet Louise Blizzard Porter; his son Adam Bostick of Ashland, Kentucky; his siblings, Michael (Betty Porter) and Diana (Robin Gooch); and his granddaughter Cameron Bostick.
