He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Kouns Blevins; his daughters, Amanda Blevins and Shakanna Blevins Salyers (Wade Cassady); his grandchildren, Natalie Salyers (Joey), Vincent Blevins and Coby Salyers; his great grandchild Sophie Lynn Chidester; his siblings, Dean Blevins (Linda) and Mikey Mary Sherman Hinds (Terry); his children, Amber Meadows, Dennis Blevins, Curtis Haywood (Shawna), Hydra Burton and Kyndall Kouns; his grandchildren, Dalton Burton, Ally Poe, McKayla Haywood, John Haywood and Ellie Haywood; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Blevins.
