It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ira Franklin Smith of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Leslie, Arkansas, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Norma Haynes Smith; his son Timothy Smith; his daughter-in-law Terrie; and his grandchildren, Matt and Kayla. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews.
