He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hinkle and Irene Miller Hinkle; his wife Tonya Moore Hinkle; his former wife Louann McCoy Hinkle; and his siblings, Sheila Staton, Charlene Staton, Nancy Hinkle, Charlotte Muncy, Luther Hinkle, Dale Hinkle and Terry Hinkle.
He is survived by: his son Travis Hinkle (Tara Steen) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Lennox Hinkle and Liam Steen; and his siblings, John Hinkle of Ashland, Jacklene Smith of Olive Hill and Nyoka Moore of Catlettsburg.
