It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Sparks of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Monroe "Roe" Sparks and Lillian Betty Stephens Sparks; and his wife Garnet Marie DeBord Sparks. He is survived by: his son Jack Monroe Sparks II (Wendy) of Ashland, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ronin Jackson Sparks of Ashland, Colton Cade Sparks of San Antonio and Kasee Cline (Brandon) of Wheelersburg, Ohio; and his great grandchild Oaklee Cline. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
