She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Hall and Dixie M Hopkins Hall; her husband Wilton Gene Wolhoy; her siblings, Lawana Sue Hall, Billie Jean Hall, Mary Jo Hall, Wanda Lee Hall, Daisy McPeek, Etta Mae Sergent and Ira "Brownie" Hall'; and her son James E. Wolhoy.

She is survived by: her children, Jena Wright of Ashland, Jan Borst (George Borst III) of Ashland, Joanna McCoy of Newport News, Virginia and John Wolhoy of Ashland; her brothers, Edward O. Hall of Port Orange, FL, James Rodney Hall of Ashland and Joseph Hall of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Will Wright, Sean Borst, Ryan Conley, Elisha Deitrich, Olivia Wolhoy McKeand, Michael Wolhoy, Ricky Wolhoy, McKenna Wolhoy, Kerris Wolhoy, Kevin Borst and Angela Welch; and her pets, Axel, Libby Hatmaker, Jeanne Nolan, Darlene Carter and Linda Suttles. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorial Contributions in Jackie's memory may be made to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.

“I was saddened to learn from Deb at BMC that Jackie had passed in October. I hadn’t seen Jackie since probably 2005 when I relocated to the Carolinas but she & her hubby, Gene, are frequently in my thoughts. As I finished up my work day at BMC all those years ago, Gene & Jackie started their shift & always came in to the lab to chat. Their cheerful non-stop banter was a real hoot & always provided a happy ending to my day. What a pair of characters! RIP Gene & Jackie. Sue Terry”
