He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon James and Patricia Tussey Rogers; and his brother Michael J. Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Debra Wessel Rogers; his sons, Adam Rogers (Nicole) of Georgetown, Jarred Rogers and Steven Rogers (Paige) of Ashland; his sister Cassandra Ann Rogers of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Emily Rogers Hawkins (Christian), Dylan Rogers, Elle Rogers, Lily Rogers, Carson LeMaster and Lilly Wines. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
