He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Kate Thomas and Edward Earl "Coke" Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Thomas; his sister Vickie Nelson; his brother-in-law Ellis Gilliam; his children, Jamie Thomas and Theil Thomas; and his grandchildren, James Thomas (Kerry Clay), Savannah Thomas, Cholet Mervilus and Cristian Mervilus. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (2717 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
