With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James W. Mullins of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Mullins and Geneva Mullins (Smith); his daughter Gina Gail Mullins; and his siblings, Clyde, Dale Mullins, Mary Salyers and Bonnie Gail Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Gail Mullins (Barnett) of Ironton; his children, James W. Mullins, Jr. and Tina L. Baldwin (Chris); his siblings, Steve, Jess, Albert Mullins, Lisa Wilds, Rita Stamper, Sheila Reynolds and Teresa Bridges; his grandsons, James "Danny" Mullins, Keith Dixon, Christopher Baldwin and Eric Baldwin; and his great grandchildren, D. Dixon, Collin Mullins, Rowan Mullins, Fynn Mullins, Kay Mullins, Serenity Tedrick, Chance Tedrick, Easton "Bo" Baldwin and Avery Baldwin.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (159 Co Rd 26, Ironton, OH 45638).
