He is survived by: his wife Vonda Felty Fraley of Ashland; his children, James "Pete" Fraley (Sunny) of Ashland and Tammy Jarrell (Tim) of Ashland; his sisters, Nancy Parker (Clint) of Ashland and Debbie Weinfurtner of Ashland; his grandchildren, Lauren Fraley and Marcus Jarrell of Logan Wallace, J. W; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Conley, Layla Brown and Calee Brown.
