She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Duffy and Loise Votopitch Duffy; and her daughters, Tina Lee Wheeler and Sachiko Louise Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Bertha Wheeler of Columbus, Ohio and Claude Wheeler Jr. of Ashland, Kentucky; her sister Louise "Snook" Courtright of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joseph Wheeler, Markus Wheeler, Ricky Wheeler, Christina Newbig, Samantha Newbig and Justin Burkes; and her close friend Claude Wheeler Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
