She was predeceased by: her parents, Lendon Frances and Nora Francis Galliher Kemper; her husband William Walker; and her siblings, Jim Kemper, Cecil Kemper, Maxine O'Brien and Bonnie Kemper Imes.
She is survived by: her son William Walker (Jane) of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, Donald Kemper, Jack Kemper, Shirley Ruth Wellman, Peggy Elaine Kemper, Rita Rae Wilson, Willadean Weatherly and Carolyn Jill Whitt (Colin); her granddaughters, Rachel Ashton Walker-Hicks (Aaron) and Katherine Lee Romine (Dylan); and her great grandchild Addison Grace Walker. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
