She is survived by: her mother Myra Ruggles White; her children, Walter Jay Hale, Jr. (Gretchen) of South Point, Ohio and Frona Denise Hale (Leslie); her grandchildren, Reagan Hale and Jaxton Hale; her brother Paul Fannin of Castalia, Ohio; her pet Maddie; and her friend Deanna Arnold of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
