He is survived by: his mother Doris Thompson Moore of Ashland; his daughters, Brooklyn Eldridge (Brandon Baldridge) of Ashland and Seianna Moore of South Shore; his close friend Stacy Lanthorn of Ashland; his brothers, Adam Moore (Pansy) of Ashland, Alfred "Buddy" Moore of Flatwoods, Steve Moore of Ohio and Noah "David" Moore of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Bryson Moore, Leo Eldridge, Myles Eldridge and Tatum Baldridge.
