She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Adkins and Elsie Lucille Waugh; her daughter Vicki Cartwright; her grandson Charles E. Moore Jr.; and her siblings, James Adkins, Charles T. Adkins and Norma Rosenkrantz.
She is survived by: her children, William Arnett of Dayton, OH, Tammy Siemer (Dan) of Cincinnati, OH, Jill Daniel (Don) of Cincinnati, OH and Judy Nolan (John) of Cincinnati, OH; and her brothers, Kenneth Adkins (Diana) of Ashland, KY. and Douglas Adkins (Laura) of Ashland, KY.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
