He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Marvin and Marcella McIntyre Clark; his wife Shirley Marie Shingleton Clark; his children, Brian Clark, Terri Clark Kennedy (Jim) and Kathy Michelle Clark; his granddaughter Kara Esckelson; and his siblings, Paul Clark, Marvin Clark, Eugene Clark (Myrtle), Clytamae Clark Malone (Junior) and Francis Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry E. Clark (Doris) of Flatwoods, KY and Randy Clark (Cathy) of Solsberry, IN; his son-in-law Alton Austin of Colorado; and his sister-in-law Christine Clark Ritchie of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
