He was predeceased by: his father James Russell; and his wife Mary Ann Holmes Raybourn. He is survived by: his sons, David Raybourn (Sandy) of Ashland and Douglas Raybourn (Regina) of Glendale, AZ; his brother Charles Hammond of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Cody Raybourn, Douglas Lantz, Chris Hays (Keisha) and Victoria Raybourn. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
