It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Wayne Stanley of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Stanley and Wonda Greene Stanley; his wife Brenda Sue Gallagher Stanley; his son Justin McCormack; and his siblings, Don Stanley, Jeanette Cantrell and Vivian Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Emery of Paintsville, Erica McCormack of Ashland, Kentucky, Jason McCormack of Ashland and Jeremy Lewis; his sister Mary Newcomb of Mechanicsville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Hunter Bryan, Elijah McCormack, Kaitlyn Daniels, Alexis Kemper, Breanna Clark and Emma McCormack; and his great grandchild Myla Bryan.
