With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jo Anne Fairchild (Ashland, Kentucky), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Spolarich and Gladys Burgess Spolarich. She is survived by: her husband Harold Fairchild; her brother Larry Spolarich; her grandson Andy Fairchild (Suzy); and her great grandchildren, Keagan, Kairi, Kendall, Iris and Juniper.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Living Waters Worship Center, 286 Wolf Pen Hollow, Wurtland, Ky. 41144.
