She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar and Bonnie Lorraine "Sis" Church Blankenship; her husband Roger E. Harvey; and her brother Robert Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Cherrie Consiglio (David) of Lexington, Kentucky and Greg Harvey (Megan) of Maineville, Ohio; her sister Carolyn Corman of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her grandchildren, William Harvey (Maddie), Elizabeth Wyman (Griffin), Michael Harvey, Katherine Consiglio, Patrick Harvey and John Harvey.
