He is survived by: his wife Susan Hurley Chinn of Ashland; his daughter Melissa "Missy" Kitchen of Ashland; his grandchildren, Chase Thielke (Heather) and Cameron Thielke; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Josie and Johnathan; his nephews, Brett Johnson, Danny Phillips (Kim), Cole Phillips (Hannah) and Nolan Phillips; his close friend Larry Price; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Brown, Bill Hurley (Donna), Bill Priddy (Pam) and David Priddy; Bonnie McClung, Angie Rice and Melanie Cordle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
