He is survived by: his close friend Carol Parker; his children, Jerra Jousma (John) of Carolina Beach, NC, Marc Campbell (Lisa) of Crestline, CA, Julie Murphy (Brian) of Ayden, NC, John Broker-Campbell (Kelly) of Perkinsville, VT and Mary Campbell of Renton, WA; his grandchildren, Josh Jousma (Hannah), Victoria Jousma, Jarrett Murphy, Brycen Murphy, Noah Campbell, Olivia Campbell and Benji Broker Campbell; and his siblings, Nancy Carol Campbell of Washington, NC and Keith Campbell of Greenviille, MI.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harris Hospice of Charlotte, NC.
