He was predeceased by: his parents, David Caudill and Lonza May Caudill; his wife Ethel Loretta Layne Caudill; and his siblings, James Harold Caudill, Earl Caudill, Riley Caudill, Robert "Bobby" Caudill, Ronald Caudill and Betty Lou Caudill May.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Gabriel Caudill (Lori) of Parkersburg, WV and Kathy Stanette Schnitzker (Bill Jr.) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Benjamin Aaron Caudill (Yayoi), Joseph Dee Caudill (Ashley), Eric Gabriel Caudill and Amanda Rene Hornsby (Ryan); his stepgrandson Billy Schnitzker; his great grandchildren, Aya May Hornsby, Amelia Joyce Caudill and Matilda May Caudill; and his pet Jazzy.
