She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Rick" Osborne; her parents, Henry Hood and Fern McGlone Hood; her siblings, Kenneth Hood, John Hood, Henry Hood, Jr., Kathleen Overman and Donna Hood; and her brother-in-law Burl Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Osborne of Ashland, Chuck Osborne (Jana) of Ashland and Janis Rule of South Point, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jackson Osborne (Campbell Jachimczuk) and Jacy Leigh Osborne; her siblings, Leonard Hood of Catlettsburg, KY, Bonnie Lawhorn of Huntington, WV, Wanda Kay Allemang of Ashland, Marie Hood of Ashland and Emilie Hood of Ashland; her nephew Michael Osborne (Shelly) of Ashland; and her siblings-in-law, David Osborne (Karen Doran) of Catlettsburg, KY and Betty Osborne of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Baptist Church (1001 Winslow Rd, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
