She is survived by: her husband Donald Perkins, Sr.; her children, Tammy Stutler of Ashland, Mindy Collins (Tim) of Ashland, Donald Perkins, Jr. (Robin) of Ashland and Lori Chandler of Ashland; and her friends, Sue Walthall and JoAnn Simpson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
