She was predeceased by: her father Henry Clay; her husband Richard Darrell Hoffman; and her sister Harriet Chattin. She is survived by: her son Stephen R. Hoffman (Linda) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Amie Schwendemen (Denny Joe Stanley) of Ashland, KY, Kelli Schrode of Ironton, OH and Jonathan Hoffman (Samantha "Sam") of Louisville, KY; and her great grandchildren, Christian Hoffman, Nathan Inman, Ty Laughman, Levi Laughman, Toby Schwendeman and James Schwendeman.
