She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Patrick and Viola Mae Mullins Patrick; her husband Claude Newton "Skip" Fannin; her grandson Gary Lee Gayheart, II; and her siblings, Russell Patrick Jr. and Linda Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Fannin Bryant (Gerald) and Kimberly L. Fannin Stevens; her grandsons, Johnathon Claude Russell Bryant, Joseph Patrick Ryan Bryant (Tori Pemberton) and Frederick Briley; her great grandchildren, Kamron Stutler, Lucas, Rachael, Landen, Levi, Dreama, Johnnie and Timoria Hale; her brother Mike Patrick; and her children, Susie Hicks and Mike Briley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
