She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Foster and Dorothy Hayton Ferguson; her husband Frank E. "Ed" Fowler; and her siblings, James A. Ferguson, Linda Meggison, Deborah Stallions and Sharon Ferguson.
She is survived by: her stepfather James Ferguson; her daughters, Joyce Bellomy (Michael) of Ashland, Melinda Fowler (Carl Elswick) of South Point and DeAnna Fowler (Everett Suttles) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Tara Fowler, Sarah Bellomy, Jessica Sexton, Lance Fowler and Brandon Fowler; and her pet Jaxon Lee. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
