She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Dean Bailey and Hazel "June" Skaggs Bailey; her husband James Randolph "Randy" Williams; and her brothers, John Mark Bailey and Michael Dean Bailey.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Linda Bailey of Lexington, KY; and her nephews, Drew Bailey, Bo Bailey and Spencer Bailey of Ashland, KY..
