She is survived by: her husband Paul Johnson, Jr.; her children, Michael Leslie Johnson (Cathy) of Lexington, David Lee Johnson of Ashland, James Russell "Rusty" Johnson of Ashland and Paula Kay Sennett (Garry) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Michael Travis Johnson (Sylvia), Maxwell David Johnson, Chase Tyler Johnson, Brady Paul Johnson, Brittany McCrea (Chase), Lindsie Sennett and Stacie Reynolds (Lucas); and her great grandchild Noah Reeve Johnson. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
