She was predeceased by: her sister Joan Powell. She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Sibley and Mary Yakimovicz Sibley; her husband Jay; her sisters, Veronica Kidd of Bethesda, MD and Nancy Lenz of Akron, OH; and her cousin Whitney Thibidoux of Saint Benedict, PA.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to The Kentucky Highlands Museum, 1620 Winchester Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
