He is survived by: his wife Sandra Conley Woodyard of Ashland; his sons, Michael Woodyard (Danielle) of Jackson and Ryan Woodyard of Ashland; his brother Warren Woodyard (Margie) of Crown City, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Brandi Woodyard; his grandchildren, Shawn Woodyard of Jackson, OH, Blake Woodyard of Jackson, OH, Ethan Minnihan of Ashland and Arabella Woodyard of Ashland; and his niece Carla Brannen. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
