He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Harvey; his uncles, Frankie Lambert and Jesse Lambert; his aunt Syble Coleman; and his grandparents, Renee Lambert, Ethel and Wallace Harvey.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Meador; his stepfather Herb of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; his children, Kevin Harvey Jr. of Savannah, Georgia and Alexis Harvey of Savannah; the parent of his children Christie Newsome; his brothers, Brian Harvey of Shady Spring and Chad Harvey of Lexington, Kentucky; his stepbrother Herbie Meador III of Oak Hill; and his close friend Ava Hall of Ashland, Kentucky.. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.
