He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bayne Frazier and Ruby Jean Fitzpatrick Kelley; his wife Carolyn Sue "Susie" Hester Frazier; and his sister Janice Carol Earl. He is survived by: his children, Butch Frazier (Robin) of Ashland, Kentucky, Christopher Frazier of Ashland, Kentucky and Melissa Zimmerman (Mike) of Lexington, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brandelyn Johnson Roberts (A. J.), Dustin Frazier (Tristyn), John Zimmerman and Silas Parker Frazier; his great grandchildren, Lily and Paislee Frazier; his siblings, Charles Kelley (Amy) of Ashland, Cheryl Steele (Mike) of Catlettsburg, Nancy Thomas (George) and Tammy Jo Steele (Tommy) of Catlettsburg; Alexandria Litton.
