She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Bibber and Charlotte Reeder Van Bibber; her sister Karen Walburn (Jeffery) of Greenup, KY; her nephew Nicholas Walburn (Carrie) of Richmond, VA; her great-niece Fiona; and her great-nephews, Evan and Monroe.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lea's name to Karen Walburn at 1204 Riverside Drive, Greenup, KY, for Recreational Activities at Evergreen Properties AKA Pollard Place, where Lea Ann lived.
