She is survived by: her husband Reverend Bruce Pickard of Ashland Kentucky; her children, James Kerns (Becky) of Ashland Kentucky and Katrina Kerns (Larissa) of Columbus Ohio; her grandson Parker Jude Reynolds of Columbus Ohio; and her sisters, Louise Green of Sarasota, Florida, Joy Waugh of Nashville Tennessee, Margie Caudill of Flatwoods Kentucky and Jill Reynolds of Catlettsburg. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (2409 Center St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
